Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
1. The orders are processed timely after payment verification.
2. We only ship to confirmed order address, Pls check that your address must match your recipient address.
3. Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary. Particularly during the holiday season.
4. If you have not received your order within 50 days from payment, pls contact us. We will track the shipping information and reply you as soon as possible.
1. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, pls return it within 5 days. When we receive the returned items, we will make a replacement or return money back for you. Pls contact us before you return it.
2. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period with the original package if possible, and note down the defective reason and your Order No.
3. Return shipping cost must be paid by Buyer.
